We went through everything I had concerns with, got a new policy set up, pricing was very reasonable, super-fast on any docs that needed to be signed, and overall, I would recommend her for any insurance needs. 1 /5 Chic Hippie: This is one of the worst insurances I have ever dealt with, doesn’t even deserve one star. I called for help and questions for a refund on my policy and everyone had a bad attitude like the money is coming out of their pockets, which isn’t the case. On the website it states no bad behavior is allowed but the employees get to have a bad attitude? Doesn’t make sense, plus the call you days to weeks and even send annoying texts before the insurance is due to make sure they get the payment. My whole families insurance doesn’t even do that or compare to how bad this entire company is. I will make sure I never come back to this and to tell everyone I know not too either. They’re is way better out there but this is a cheap company so I guess one gets what one pays for, low quality at its finest

1 /5 Vanessa Pen: Do not use this company. They automatically renewed my insurance policy after 1 year. I called the cancel it and they told me my refund check would arrive in 30 days. It’s now been 6 weeks. I have emailed and emailed and have been ignored. They owe me $208 and trying to communicate with them has been an insane hassle.
