1 /5 Jessica Blankenship: I’ve never left a negative Google review like this, but after my interaction with Cole of farmers insurance, I feel I need to. Causes lack of kindness and compassion when dealing with public, even though he holds a public position is quite startling. He repeatedly talked over me, interrupted me, even raising his voice while I’m trying to help my elderly father-in-law deal with his insurance company. Not sure if this is a regular practice of Cole or maybe he was just having a bad day but either way the way he treated myself and father in law, was just unacceptable. Though my father in law canceled his insurance back in June, this company preceded to charge him for insurance for the next 2 months. It is ludacris to me the difficulty this company is to deal with.
