1 /5 M C: I had the worst experience with this agent and his supervisor. If you can find another insurance agency please do. A very dishonest company. They will charge you sky high Insurance also will overcharge you knowing you have good credit and claims has drop off. If I can give an Negative star I will. Shame on CCF in overcharging customers . Rebecca Coldwell his supervisor she very dishonest do not keep meeting or answer calls. If I knew Joshua was her employee I never would have agreed to him being my insurance rep. If she his supervisor he practice the same dishonesty with customer they need to be investigated.

I explained to him what I expected out of my insurance and what I was looking for in the insurance. He helped me out a lot. Josh explained thing to me that I didnt understand.
