He was quick, efficient, and even called the claim in for me. Less than a half hour later I received a text from Rick letting me know my claim # and when I should hear from an adjuster. By 5:00 last night; I was contacted by an adjuster and they are coming out to my house today to take a look at the damage. Way to go Rick and way to go COUNTRY!
