Helen Lopez I went to the office to get information and/help when my vehicle was involved in an accident where I was not at fault. I didnt know where to begin since I had never had an accident before. From the moment I entered the office Natalie at the front desk greeted me and asked how she could help me. She then helped me figure out who I needed to contact, gathered all the information I needed and provided me with the exact person that I needed to talk to, phone number, extension and claim number. She was polite, patient, professional and friendly throughout the entire interaction. Natalie is a definite asset for this business. I am very happy that Natalie went above and beyond to help me. I am an extremely satisfied customer.

Katie Elder If you are looking for insurance you can go just about anywhere...BUT If you want GREAT insurance, GREAT customer service and GREAT support when and if you have an accident....then you NEED to call Greg. We have been with Greg and County Financial for a few years and we are completely satisfied. We know that if we need to add a vehicle to our policy we make 1️⃣ phone call and its done and done correctly. We are very please with our premiums on Auto, Home, and Life insurance policies!! We support Greg because we know he supports us.
