I ran into finacial hardship last year mid-summer and called. At first the secretary was nice, but no one returned my call. Instead they contacted my employer after my employer gave me RBC contact info. I called back a couple times and I was hung up on. I sent a message a couple weeks ago January 2022....NO ONE STILL TO CONTACT ME!!!
I stopped my investment with this company last year, sent a message recently...and NO ONE REPLIED. MY Boss was out on sick leave and I asked them to NOT contact my BOSS.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I DONT KNOW WHERE MY FUNDS ARE AT THIS TIME.

1 /5 Stephanie Anderson: I went in for financial planning advice and walked out after I was told I don’t have enough money to invest and the banker rejected my money saying that I need to have more money.I found the banker very rude and unprofessional so I took my business elsewhere. I guess they’re only looking for millionaires to do business with. All in all, it was a very humiliating experience, and I feel degraded from even dealing with this company.

Dave Dammitt Edit to remove prior poor review regarding the inability to cash a mis-endorsed cashiers check.. Branch manager was responsive and polite, and gave me an option, which Ill decline to exercise. Still not a fan of the policy, but at least the cashiers check is no longer worthless.
Queen of The Lou They are very slow following up and they only answer what you ask. I think professionals should lead their clients especially in the area of their expertise. In addition, they should set clear follow up deadlines and expectations without their clients having to ask them to do so? It is never okay to ignore or purposefully not reply / respond to questions your customer has raised. Your silence sends a message.
