They said “ racism “ was not involved but you can clearly tell they did not want to service this man then just walk away and went into office . That was not professional at all . They could have explained or gave paper work as to why his account could not be open . A policy ? Document required ? They just hid and their office . Somebody contact corporate !!

1 /5 Mikey Hayes: They treated me horribly from the very moment I walked in I was profiled and treated with racism & disgusting behavior the staff was not at all inviting it was as if I was wanted to walk right back out the moment I went in very rude attitude towards me or people who looked like me my friend is very sick and these goons made it almost impossible for him to get his money they are as outlandish and rude as they come no compassion or understanding to their clients specific needs when it mattered most overall lowest quality bank in Decatur if not the world then the management goes on to have me banned for having spoke up against their mafia like team and told them what type of thugs they are if there are any people who should be labeled as bad people these folks right here would be a great example
