1 /5 Marlene Garcia-Magana: The customer service for this location has gotten worse over the years.! When I first applied for my loan it was located at Pulaski & 26th St. I unfortunately could not make my December payment and they been calling me but I have not answer since I been busy with my personal life (Yes, I know it is not an excuse). I called in today and whoever answer the phone had the worst rudest customer service I ever encounter in my life. I verify my information and then she put me on hold and got back and ask me again for my name which I already to her at the beginning of the call. Her response "well we have to make sure is you". Then she continued saying that they have been calling me due to a past due balance on my account which I did let her know that I did not make it due to financial issues. She then stated well you have to make a payment arrangement of this balance which again I told her that I couldnt make it. Then well this is the past due balance so.. once she said that I did let her know that I did not like her attitude and then she replied which " well I do not like yours either" I did let her know that I was not going to continued call and to F her customer service!. and she started talking back( I hanged up the phone call). What kind of customer service is this? Instead of helping find other options for us to make payments to catch up. I am hoping I can change location and never deal with this location EVER!!!!!
