1 /5 Marlene Garcia-Magana: The customer service for this location has gotten worse over the years.! When I first applied for my loan it was located at Pulaski & 26th St. I unfortunately could not make my December payment and they been calling me but I have not answer since I been busy with my personal life (Yes, I know it is not an excuse). I called in today and whoever answer the phone had the worst rudest customer service I ever encounter in my life. I verify my information and then she put me on hold and got back and ask me again for my name which I already to her at the beginning of the call. Her response "well we have to make sure is you". Then she continued saying that they have been calling me due to a past due balance on my account which I did let her know that I did not make it due to financial issues. She then stated well you have to make a payment arrangement of this balance which again I told her that I couldnt make it. Then well this is the past due balance so.. once she said that I did let her know that I did not like her attitude and then she replied which " well I do not like yours either" I did let her know that I was not going to continued call and to F her customer service!. and she started talking back( I hanged up the phone call). What kind of customer service is this? Instead of helping find other options for us to make payments to catch up. I am hoping I can change location and never deal with this location EVER!!!!!

1 /5 Juan Casas: they force you to pay all the interest on the loan first and do not allow reduction or payments directly on premium to reduce interest. This place is a predator lending company and i recommend that everyone avoid it at all costs. if i could give them zero stars i would but the lowest you can give them is one star. esta compania les roba a sus clientes, no es recomendable para nadien!

1 /5 Krysia Cruz: One of the worst loan companies I ever experienced. I think it’s very intrusive they call you nonstop even if you are a day or two late on a payment. A situation happened where my boyfriend crashed my car thankfully nobody was injured. I asked for my loan to be changed on a different date since paying on the first was too much. The manager of the place , jovany, said they could do it without issues as I explained since my insurance still hasn’t gotten back to me on payment for damages on the car paying out of pocket for the repairs took a toll on my finances. Come to find out when I go into the portal that my payments are still scheduled for the 1st of each month instead of the 15th as promised. The audacity of this company to call my work when it is on file my situation why I was struggling to make payments is beyond on professional. Please take your services somewhere else as this is one of the worst companies to deal with
