Jane Baker I have at least a regular annual meeting with Alec. He is always available by phone or email for any questions/concerns. He has helped me update my property insurance coverage and take out a comprehensive policy. Most recently I had been thinking about getting life insurance. Alec pointed out how, at my age of 72, this was not a good option.

Johari, call center rep, was very quick and courteous to help me and make a note on my account to make sure transaction was not declined. Transaction went through smoothly!

Donald Munson I have been with Country Insurance in Rushville since I was in high school. Ciara and Sarah are the best that I’ve worked with over the many years in that office. They’re proactive and periodically have me come in to discuss the different policies and coverages that I have.
