1 /5 Matthew Fox: Just the worst! We used him for a refile. It’s been pending for almost a year! We have called over 5 times, sent 10+ emails and still nothing! They just don’t respond. I’m going to the office and filing a BBB complaint.
1 /5 jason young: We use them for are hoa. We have been told there busy and have better things to do. Also they sent me a check and three days later they canceled the check causing not only me in hundreds of fees bout also put of the needed repairs do to having wrong roof vents. Do not go here they will blow you off and bounce checks on you. Not to mention how rude the front desk people are. We are looking into a lawyer to stop them from doing business

1 /5 Amber Moore: We have been going to Carey Financial for almost 10 years. Last year we had some issues but this year will be our last last year here. The ladies at the desk are beyond rude. We had a death in the family this year and had to have estate taxes competed. They were not only rude about us asking questions as we never did taxes for a dead relative before but they went as far as to say “we don’t have time for this”. We ended up pulling our return for the estate after paying for 3 other returns because they just weren’t qualified to get it done correctly. It seems that they have them selves booked so tight that they have completely forgotten about customer service. I do not recommend.
1 /5 Staci Hanner: We are disgusted with this office had no problems with them till this year and last that front desk person has no idea what is going on there and there is no communication we have tried contacting the office since May 5th and have yet to hear one repsonse back
Jay McNeal Ruth was awesome she was patient and helped me do everything especially the online banking she set up for me and of course offered any help I needed in the future, the credit union was the right choice over a bank for my needs

Kaveeka Stell SO helpful! They have always taken care of me. From a 16yr old needing car insurance, to an adult shopping for home insurance. Jennifer has always made sure I have the best coverage for my money. She makes it comfortable to ask questions and explains everything I dont understand. Everyone there makes it such as easy process.
