Dalton transferred me to Roxanne who in less than 5 mins found information that was 2 years old. Bogdan Matczuk From all Chase branches I’ve experienced across the US this one is the lowest grade. Staff is dry and very unhappy if you ask more than 2 questions. The only unsatisfying answers are: this is our policy or I will be happy to close your account. When last year I requested foreign currency exchange they promised me 5 days processing. It happened in 14 days after my vacation in Iceland. I had to cancel the request and lost my money on this transaction. My relatives did the same transaction in Oswego branch and money were ready next day. My recent visit with simple deposit was also no fun. Surprise of new policy. Theresa Gonzalez I wish I could give them a zero cause they are robbing people. They charge 108 a month to protect their loan and not the customer. My car was stolen 2 months ago and Im still paying for the repairs. They didnt give me no options. Jd by riders are selling lemons and they dont care about that either. I wouldnt tell my worst enemy to go wither one of these places for a car. They are robbers and dont care about nobody but their self. I cant wait to pay this car off cause I would never but another car from them. Then when you do call and make a payment and you behind you got customers care talking to like a damn child.
