1 /5 Nancy Mayberry: He was not professional,he was always paying(anf it was auto from my account) late and the policy would lapse then he would say oh your policy was fine and he never fixed it so the payment would come out at the right time after several calls so at renewal it canceled,he was not a good agent,now I have a good agent that knows and does the job
