I connected with Jose who was very kind and flexible with me around my schedule to be able to set up an appointment. Jose connected me with Maribel as she was a best fit for my schedule to meet and talk about insurance for homeowners and auto. From the first call all the way to signing the documents. She has remained professional, friendly, kind and caring. I could not think of a better team to take care of me and my needs and go into detail so I could also understand what it is that I needed as well as how I was going to be covered. Nickolas LaPuma -5 stars If I could. they lied and did everything possible to not cover our water damages. Then dropped us for water damages ??? Isn’t that what I pay insurance for? They even lied and told the roofing companies I had show proof of weather damages to them that I collected claims on my roof.
