1 /5 Erica Hughes: After my first review, I got a response that Jeff would like the opportunity to speak with me directly... Never heard from him... After my second review, I was told to call his office... Well, the first one implied he would reach out to me? Our loss was over a month ago and Ive still not heard from Jeff. Im unable to find anyone to give me truthful answers regarding my policy and coverage if they give me an answer at all... Its generally met with Im not sure. Let me have someone else call you only for the person who calls to not know anything. Ive asked a lady named Andrea several times if Jeff will ever care enough about his clients to pick up the phone but I suppose hes been busy out of the country then with speaking engagements. The claims handler weve been assigned to is rude and refuses to read the entire policy..if you correct him on parts of the policy he ignores, he hangs up on you and doesnt communicate with you at all...Im curious at what point should I get others involved to look out for my interest and explain policy and coverages because Jeff sure isnt interested!
