Frank not only provided a quote the same day, but he also reviewed my coverage and made a recommendation that I jumped on. I increased my liability coverage, added an umbrella policy (1 million) and was still $700 less than what my renewal would have been with the other company for my Auto and Home coverage. My homeowners claim from start to finish was complicated and frustrating, and it felt easier to walk away from it than to sort through it. He looked at ways to save me money, but he also made sure I was going to have the coverage I need. He explained the details of each policy is an easy to understand way and how changing coverage and deductibles affect the cost and coverage. Especially how changing one part can increase my coverage with little affect to the cost of the policy. He is knowledgeable and honest agent.
