5 /5 Nick Vasquez: Today I called my insurance broker Stanton Insurance because I needed a windshield replacement for my daughters car. I had already called 3 companies to get quotes but I just had a question on my deductible. Susan answered and was extremely helpful so much so that I realized my earlier calling the repair companies was in vain! She immediately found me a service, locally, that would come to my location at my convenience the NEXT day! Susan checked for the best price and made sure I was completely happy with the details! Thinking back to my wasted time on the internet, answering questions and the time I wasted calling other companies with their aggravating automated systems really made me appreciate my 15 minute call with Susan! She is an exceptional asset to their team!
But this experience did bring up a shortcoming with my past dealings with Stanton Insurance here in Monmouth and need to report that shortcoming. To be honest, the shortcoming is on me for not shouting out Stantons incredible service!
Ive had them as my insurance brokers for years, decades even, and they ALWAYS go the extra mile to meet my families needs! We love Jennas contagious smile and her unyielding professionalism to get the best for her customers! Jeff is great too, just not as good looking as her!lol (Im sure my wife would disagree!) But all kidding aside- I remember when Jeff called us and told us hed found a better house insurance carrier and a better plan for our 4 vehicles for hundreds of dollars cheaper! It made me realize then that these people are ALWAYS looking out for us!
I dont say this often, truly never, but the Stanton Insurance is like family to us! For years I soley dealt with their father, God bless his soul, and when he passed, his very capable children stepped up and continues his legacy for exceptional service.
