Exactly what I needed in my situation and exactly how you would want someone to treat your daughter/son in such a situation. My car was totaled and having a child to care for without family that lives near I would typically stress thinking of being without transportation but with Melissa’s quick response my rental was reserved within an hour or so after I was rendered car-less & ready for pick up the next day. Thank you Melissa for going above and beyond. I highly recommend this agency.

5 /5 Brandon Lannom: I’ve worked with Mel for about a year. She’s been wonderful and very helpful! I needed health insurance but didn’t want to pay a fortune. Mel showed me different options that were in my budget and was honest about the pros and cons, which I really appreciated. I went into the process not knowing a lot and Mel did great at explaining my options to me. I just have health insurance, through her assistance now, but I know when home insurance time comes, I will feel comfortable working with her!
