1 /5 Jennifer Calcagno: If I could leave no stars I would! Absolute worst agent and office I have ever gone through with insurance... Started off by calling county financial my agent frank, ended up speaking to Sophia at his office and let her know I tried to use the mobile app to file an auto glass claim (rock hit my windshield and it cracked everywhere) she then told me there is a policy for that but i dont have it, I asked since Im paying $2300 every 6 months and when you have a roadside claim you have to pay out of pocket and get reimbursed up to $100 why am i paying so much for coverage if i dont have any benefits and that i want to cancel and she told me i should and that she hopes i have a horrible holiday weekend, this is after Ive been a customer for 4 years! Regardless of the time frame Ive been with an insurance she is supposed to be there for customers and help not be condescending and rude and most importantly RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!!!!!! She then started talking to me in even a worse manner and would not allow me to speak to Frank MY AGENT WHO MAKES A NICE COMMISION OFF HIS CLIENTAL. My agent still has not contacted me back. I have emailed him and i called back the carol stream office and SOFIA will not transfer me to his vm and keeps talking very rudely. I WOULD WARN ANYONE AGAINST GOING WITH THEM FOR YOUR PROTECTED INTREST AS THEY DO NOT CARE!!! THEY SEEM TO ONLY WANNA HELP WHEN THEY NEED A COMMISION. GOOD LUCK TO ANYONE WHO HAS TO DEAL WITH SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE SUCH AS SOFIA. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THIS TURN OUT.

5 /5 Liliana H: Frank is very knowledgeable and personable. He truly takes the time to listen and understand his customers needs and what coverages are most suitable for them and their lifestyle. Prior to having Frank as my agent and CF as my provider, I was overpaying and I was under insured, for years. Thanks to Frank I feel a lot more knowledgeable and secure with my current insurance coverages and my understanding of what I am paying for. Another thing I had not looked into prior was, life insurance. It takes someone knowledgeable like Frank to take the time and explain the different coverages, options and what to expect. He is very passionate about what he does and how he does it and it shows through every time you talk to him. He always checks in during a conversation to see if there are any questions during his explanations. He definitely wants you to understand what coverage you are buying and whether or not it is right for you and your family. I am very thankful and appreciate the extra mile Frank goes to service his clients! Thank you!

5 /5 Anthony Fio: Frank is the best! We thought we had a good liability policy for our small business through State Farm, but after having a conversation with Frank we knew we had to make a change. He is very knowledgeable, and when he showed us point by point how we could get more coverage at a better price it was a no-brainer. We have had the policy for over 2 years, and he has been available for questions and helped us immediately when we needed to file a claim. We have since added car and rental insurance. Great policies at a great price, and Frank helped us every step of the way!

5 /5 Dave Sabathne: Following an over 20% increase in 2022 and notice of a 35% increase in 2023 from another company, I reached out to Frank for a quote. Frank not only provided a quote the same day, but he also reviewed my coverage and made a recommendation that I jumped on. I increased my liability coverage, added an umbrella policy (1 million) and was still $700 less than what my renewal would have been with the other company for my Auto and Home coverage. Professional, competent and friendly...did I mention I also saved over $700. Call Frank!
