As much as no one likes talking to real life people, talking to a local agent found me the best deal and the best experience. Ive had purchasing insurance in the 5 years Ive owned my home. Julie Sullivan We were recommended to Duriah Delps State Farm office by a family member 5 years ago. Their outstanding customer service, knowledge of their policies and best price won our business. We recently experienced a total loss to our 2024 vehicle due to a collision. I called Duriahs office from the accident scene and they immediately started the claim process for us. This was our only vehicle and their quick response allowed us to get a rental vehicle right away. We are now 2 weeks from the accident and our claim is settled, to our satisfaction, and we were able to purchase our new replacement vehicle yesterday.
