1 /5 T.K.: I was told that my car was insured almost a month ago. Today, at 3:41, I find out that not only was I not processed correctly during the reactivation of my policy, but since they are migrating to a new computer system, I currently owe around 170 dollars and cannot drive my vehicle home from work, a half hour away from where I live. I was treated like my frustration was inconvenience, despite having been contacted at the end of the business day for money I dont have and will have to put on credit. Very disappointed overall, felt like I was just an item on a checklist and not a real person whos life they are affecting.
