Keith Crawford Jr. They’re okay. Cheaper individual full coverage if you need it. Not great if you need to add a new driver to your plan which is why I switched. Also never had to actually put in a claim, and from others reviews, they seem sketch. Still, they never did me wrong so 3/5 feels fair.

Jenny DeLahr Exceptional customer service! Due to a change in dates on a car purchase, my son required proof of insurance first thing in the morning. Long story short, Brent worked on the policy and spoke with me on the phone at 8:30pm to assure he had what was needed for his appointment. Now that’s being true to your customers. I recently switched from a nearly 25 year relationship with another local agency because the rates were so much more reasonable here. Better rates AND great customer service - what more could we ask for? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
