Makayla Pope Staff is always kind and helpful, never have I once had a bad experience and theyve been my bank my whole life. I wasnt able to understand money when my account was created, but after I got my first bank card and started to get control of my account at 13, I have had an amazing time banking with them. Ive officially had control of my account for 7 of my 20 years of life, and they are secure and transparent with the account holder. The mobile app makes transfers a breeze and checking your transactions is the first thing after opening it up, so everything is open and clear. Thank you PSB for your amazing service and staff!!

Nikki H This bank has been here for ages and is now called "Fifth-third Bank." I have been going to it with my late Grandmother since I was a child. Recently, I went here and I was amazed with how homey and community-centric this bank was. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. I did not feel the distant feeling of being another number that I would feel at other bigger banks.
