However, my most recent call was disappointing. I spoke with a woman named Carolyn, who was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. I felt disrespected throughout the interaction, which left me questioning the standards for hiring and training staff in student services. Students deserve consistent, courteous, and supportive service, and I hope the university takes steps to address this inconsistency.
