I was particularly impressed with the urgency of when she did my taxes and she was willing to stay beyond the time of her business hours to get her clients done. Ninos Date This bank treats your money like its theirs. Sometimes my husband and I need to make larger purchases on our debit cards and weve been denied most every time. The bank says we have to sign a release in order for them to release our own funds even though my husband and I have signed countless releases to give us no spending limits on our cards. It appears that every time you want to make a larger purchase, you have to go to the bank, sign a form, and cross your fingers that they will release your own money. There are some nice people working there but...if you cant get your money when you want it you might as well keep it under your mattress.

Epicenter We started a new business and needed to find a place to do our banking. I went in and talked to Angie the local branch manager. She had us set up very quickly which was a big help for us! We have been in several times and everyone there has been very friendly and helpful!

Dayy Maaan I have been with the Credit Union since 2010. Ive been with them through their remodel and this new merger or change to Credit Union 1. I’ve seen a lot of 1-star reviews lately, but honestly, people are being way too quick to complain. Yes, the system changed, but the staff have been great about helping everyone adjust. When I needed help with the new app, they sat with me, explained everything clearly, and we had it working in about five minutes right there in the branch. Every time I have a question, they take the time to make sure I fully understand before I leave. Special shout-out to Daisy — she always greets me with a big smile and makes you feel welcome right away. If you have questions she has got your back and will help until your issue is resolved. Because she’s bilingual, she’s able to help even more people, and that makes a huge difference. Instead of leaving 1-star reviews people should show a little patience and appreciate the great service these folks are working hard to provide. The members are adapting to a new system just like we are. Thanks to everyone at the credit union for helping us all get through this transitional phase that theyre are having alongside us.
