However, Roxana was with me every step of the way and made the process as easy as possible while alleviating my anxiousness about the whole thing. Roxana is very nice, understanding, professional, and very knowledgeable. Will be working with Roxana and Abri Credit Union for a very long time! :-)

Roxanne was both personable and professional, ensuring a smooth process while also informing me about GAP insurance. They offer a flat rate of $499 for the duration of the loan, which, based on my research, is one of the most competitive rates available. I highly recommend Abri Credit Union for auto financing, and if possible, I suggest working with Roxanne for an exceptional experience.

1 /5 David Gutierrez: This bank is horrible. The customer service is awful. The personal bankers do not tell you all the information about loans that you sign up for. When they make mistakes, they choose to blame you instead of taking accountability for their actions. I would highly Not recommend coming here for banking, place is a joke.

She was super helpful and I can attest that loans are always a nerve wracking thing to deal with but this situation was far from that. Couldn’t recommend enough I would give 6 stars if that was an option. She was fast, thorough, and professional would absolutely go to again and recommend to anyone that wants a smooth experience.
