caroline s Rob Lipic with State Farm has always been great to work with. We’ve been with their office for almost 20 years. They are always available, willing, and knowledgeable on any topic I need to ask about. Their customer service team is local and answers the phone when you call. When we have had to file a claim, it has always been seamless, even when working with the regional claims adjusters.

Oksana Mayovetska Concetta Hutton and Devon Allen did an awesome job working on my insurance claim. Very professional, calm, patient, thorough. I really appreciated their quick responses and dedication to high customer service, including picking up my calls instead of sending to voicemail. True professionals!
