I picked a monthly SR22 premium that wouldn’t wreck my budget, and they printed the proof of insurance while I waited. If you’re in Springfield and in a jam, this spot’s solid. Left with paperwork and peace of mind. Already gave my cousin their info — he’s next in line.

Andrew Lotko I called my insurance agent because I got a rock chip in my windshield, and I was worried the chipped windshield could crack totally. Deanna said I should take my Jeep into Safelite Auto for glass repair. I said that would be great. She also said she could help with making the appointment itself, And I said wow, that would be awesome. Unbelievably, I was able to take My jeep into Safelite auto glass that same afternoon. When I got to Safelite, the mechanic there was extremely helpful, He explained the condition of my chip, and advised he could have it fixed in 15 minutes. So I waited in their lobby, got a complementary cup of coffee,, And before I was done with my coffee, my Jeep was ready. I looked at the chip, and it disappeared, they did a great job. so from calling my agent to having my problem fixed it didn’t take more than a half a day, and the job was done perfectly. He wasnt able to give us the necessary information at that time. However, we set up an appointment to meet with him on the next business day. At that time, he was able to provide us with the requested information. We felt that Randy had our best interest in mind.
