1 /5 Dan Tharp: Ive had serious problems with State Farm in general (claims rejected without reason and etc) so I thought maybe switching to a new agent would help make things better. Nope. Lack of communication and follow up, leaving me in the dark about how things were going on with the transfer and setting up new coverages...no call backs after several promises to do so.... ....sorry....I switched to Allstate. Saved money and now I have an agent that actually sees me as a customer, not a number.

From Dean to his staff, Teresa & Kim, I have always been treated with respect & utmost professionalism. You feel as if you are part of a family with every contact. Each problem, claim, issue that has come across their desk, they handled it swiftly. I thank them for their service & look forward to a continued relationship for years to come.

1 /5 Marshall: I have had auto insurance with Dean Cooper for over two years. Well after they sent my bill to the wrong address and not even bothering to call me. They just cancelled my insurance. I have never filed a claim through state farm so I can not give a rating on that process, but I would not recommend anyone using Dean Coopers State farm insurance.
