1 /5 Justine Green: Im content with Erie Insurance, but I cannot for the life of me get someone to answer the phone at Gary Bach Insurance Agency. When something comes up or when you have questions regarding your policies (especially when that company covers all of your vehicles and all of your houses) you want to be able to speak with someone that actually cares - which it doesnt feel like Gary Bach Insurance Agency does. Because of this, I started looking for other insurance options and will be switching in the near future.
