Bret Chilcott Truck Centers and the team provided exceptional service and far exceeded our expectations. The Manager Ms Dee was able to get us and out Tiffin in at 7:00 am Saturday. We had blown an air spring in the front which caused us to stop our trip until it could be repaired. The Tech Ray quickly diagnose the cause of the problem. However, the original part number for the motorhome was not readily available. Cris, the parts manager work to try to find the part. None were available. However, he researched and determine that there was a suitable air spring on the shelf that they could make work by swapping out an air fitting. Ray put the new part on and we were quickly on our way down the road to Kentucky. This shop is a well oiled machine. D the manager has a great team and everyone cares about customer service. We highly recommend truck centers for anybody that needs help especially with their motorhome.

They charged me 34.99% interest for the same period saying I had balance beyond 04/12/25. I paid for the product 100% but they are charging 34.99% interest on interest from the date of Purchase. Employee no longer works at Sleep Number. It was said that if used a credit card it will 24 months no interest.
