5 /5 Randy: To be honest, I really dont understand why their Google rating is below 4 and 1/2 stars. They were consummate professionals throughout the entire process. The office is immaculately clean and welcoming. My phone was dying and I needed to pull up my auto insurance card. Daniel, the supervisor, even searched for a compatible phone charger. They plugged it in for me and enabled me to charge my phone to get the information that I needed. Additionally, there was a snag with my type of insurance. They allowed me the time to call the insurance company and get it ironed out and still move forward with the loan process. As far as loan funding, I was blown away. I signed the documentation electronically at approximately 4:00 p.m. and by 9:30 a.m. the following day, the entire funds were in my account. I would not recommend anyone else. Please give them an opportunity, you will not be disappointed

1 /5 Virginia Limon: Manger for the Joliet Location should not have a job. He has the worst customer service and no patience to talk to anyone in need. I was faithful at paying my car loan every month for 3 years. The moment I asked for help when I got 2 months behind he became a real piece of work. All he could do was find insults and words to make me feel like I was not worthy of my car. Ending his insults with telling me to turn over my vehicle. So I did, and the moment I walked in to turn over my keys than he wanted to help me out and try to fix the words he had used toward me. If I was a man he would have never insulted me the way he did. Someone needs to look into this matter. Coming from a background in customer service for over 15 years something’s should never be said as a Manger.

1 /5 Danielle Delaney: Misleading.. and staff have really bad attitudes. All I tried to do was set up an online account and its been over a month now since trying to get somebody to call me back regarding this issue. Also the manager told me that she was going to change my due date... Did not do so, and then theyre calling me harassing me 4 times a day for 5 days straight, even though it wasnt supposed to be my due date yet. even if it was how are you going to call somebody four times a day after they missed a payment and then continue to do so for 5 days straight during work hours. I wish I would have looked at this place up before going to them for my car loan as I see now they get 1. 5 stars or less at most places. And all of peoples complaints are the same issues I am having. and not to mention I have a phone call recording of the manager yelling at me over the phone, mainly because she made a mistake and cant own up to it she specifically told me that she does not do that.. Im sorry but everybody makes mistakes and for you to have gotten that worked up about it and start yelling at your customer I dont think is very appropriate. And telling me that you accommodated me that I should be grateful.. you did your job that you get paid for so....
