Hilary Churchill Absolutely horrible experience. If you want to try to make payment arrangements dont even bother calling. "Stan" was rude and arrogant and belittled and did not fail to insult me when I tried to come to an agreement for a payment plan that I could afford. Basically he said if I could not afford $500/month he would not work with me. Obviously, if I could afford that I wouldnt have a payment in collection. I was in tears before the end of the phone call. Im sorry that I even had to rank them with 1 star.

Alex Berry We have used Thompson Flaherty for going on 3 years now and every year we always leave feeling like they really took care of us. Not every year is the outcome we want as far as refunds go but Kelly always takes the time to explain the outcome and then give us advice for the upcoming year. He is very straight to the point and I really thinks cares for each of his clients. Looking forward to this years tax return!!
