Shannon Lowry LP gas department is a joke. After being a loyal customer for 12 yrs we were kicked off budget billing because we didnt use enough. In Feb of this year i had an overpaid account at $1100+. I decided since this company doesnt repay the loyalty to good customers, I decided to switch LP providers. When I called to get my reimbursement, I told the individual we would no longer need their service. Conviently, the individual I spoke with neglected to note the fact that I chose not to be theyre customer. Fast forward to Aug 2024, they showed up and filled our tank because apparently they had installed a "keep full monitor" that I was unaware of. I called the office and the lady I spoke with told me there were no notes on my account stating I no longer wanted them to fill our tank, and now, even though Im on budget billing with another company, now they are saying I owe them almost $600. Ridiculous. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Even when you tell them you dont want to be their customer any longer, they still find a way to take your money.

In addition, they should set clear follow up deadlines and expectations without their clients having to ask them to do so? It is never okay to ignore or purposefully not reply / respond to questions your customer has raised. Your silence sends a message.
