2 /5 Mud - Luscious: Good doctors but a lot of the staff are lazy. Might as well call this place a Band-Aid station. Do yourself a favor and go to a bigger clinic where they actually respect your time.

She was concerned about what was going on with me and took the time to talk with me and make sure we covered all the bases for what I was seeing her for and I was seen in A timely manner.

Also, printed instructions were handed to me before I left and my next appointment was scheduled as well. All that with great personal care from Dr. Forbes and staff. Could not ask for a better experience.

From receptionist to making Appointments to all The nurses go out of there way by listening to help with are needs and more. Dr. Reyes has been my Physician ever since he came here, He is a exceptional Doctor and listen and gives you the time . We have had some very close calls in our family and we are Blessed for his intelligent knowledge ,things sure would have went a different way and We are Blessed to have him. I have and would recommend Dr. Reyes.

Barbara Medieros If I could give less than 1 star I would. My husband had insurance with this company for 20 years and paid faithfully without missing a payment. All of a sudden they started withdrawing $613.87 per month out of the account instead of $61.51 per month. When we realized it after several months we contacted Re-Assure America only to be told they insurance term had expired & that was our new premium. They never contacted us or informed us of any change in the premium or the expiration date of the policy. We never gave authorization for any amount other than the $61.51 to be deducted from our account. They are now refusing to refund the money taken out of our account illegally. I will be contacting the State Regulatory Board and an attorney for compensation.
