1 /5 Mohd Adnan: Sleep number credit card issued by Syncrony Bank: I was told that it is a 24 months promotional offer 0 %interest rate on 04/12/24(purchase date). They charged me 34.99% interest for the same period saying I had balance beyond 04/12/25. I paid for the product 100% but they are charging 34.99% interest on interest from the date of Purchase. Employee no longer works at Sleep Number. It was said that if used a credit card it will 24 months no interest.

1 /5 Lindsey: Zero stars. Ive had an Amazon card through them for years. I March I sent a check to pay off my card, theyve returned it several times, each time with a different bogus reason they cant process it. I opened a case with Amazon, but they closed it without resolution, they dont care. But you can bet theyre charging me interest on the balance. I have already spent an inordinate amount of time and money on this, but it has to be resolved unless I decide to just stop paying, let it go to collections, they can sue me, Ill present my records to the court. First, I will make my fifth and final attempt to pay them. Then Ill try my states Department of Insurance and Financial Services and the federal Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. If those options fail, I will escalate to my State Attorney General, she loves taking on predatory scumbags. But ultimately, its a credit card, its unsecured debt. I dont need credit for anything. If they dont want me to pay them, I guess thats an option.

1 /5 Israel * The land of the living: Synchrony Bank texted me saying that I owe them on the card ending with XXXX and asked me to pay the balance and provided a Tel # which I immediately called. The lady who recieved my call said that it was not a card but loan and the balance is outstanding. I asked her some questions on the said loan but she was evasive and wouldnt anwer any of my questions. Upon my request to connect me to a manager/supervisor she hung up. For the life of me I never borrowed from that Bank nor I have any credit card with that Bank. Please be aware of such frauds.

1 /5 Teresa Applebee: Do not use this company. Their customer service is horrendous. Incompetence at all levels. I made a promotional purchase and have had issues with them repeatedly changing the monthly payment, even though the contract states no changes will be made for the term of the promotion. They have randomly changed the monthly payment (repeatedly). They then charge a late fee for not paying the full amount, then charge interest on the late fee. I have made numerous calls to try and straighten this out. They have not provided me with an explanation for the changes made for the ‘amount due’ on the promotional purchase, and so it seems that it is just a way, a scheme really, to start a process of being ‘late’ and then stacking on fees. I am on autopay, and so do not look at my bill each month, naively trusting that I can believe what I have been repeatedly informed, ‘that the promotional payment will never change’. There has been zero accountability on their end. Do not do business with this company.

1 /5 Alec Jacquot: Customer service is abysmal and they charge you for their own mistakes. A payment bounced due to an "incorrect account number" and I was charged a fee. I used the same info that was already on file and selected it from their own drop-down menu when making the payment. It had gone through for an auto payment just 9 days earlier. I confirmed with my bank that the account number hadnt changed since then. After wrestling with their incredibly frustrating automated phone system, I finally got connected to a live representative. Instead of looking into what happened or trying to find a solution, their customer service told me that there was nothing they could do. I had another pending payment that I asked them to cancel while we figure this out to avoid additional fees. They told me there was nothing they could do. What CAN they do?
