1 /5 William Smith: Worst bank in Southern Illinois. Dont trust them when your the victim of deceptive practices. You can show them evidence of the deception but they dont care, just want their sorry fee. The customer service is terrible also, the people handling the complaints dont seem to know what they are doing, terrible phone etiquette and honestly just plain RUDE.

(Not the fault of our local USPS ) Maranda helped set up my cell, even fixed the quirks along the way. Yeah Maranda ! Everyone that I have been in contact with at the Carmi, Il First Mid Bank exceeds in customer service & satisfaction. ✨️
