Dan Fitzgerald I stopped in to inquire about auto and homeowners insurance. I found Jacqueline to be warm and friendly, and very professional. She spent about two hours with me and helped me understand the various coverages and options. She even reviewed my current insurance coverage and she pointed out my house was under-insured. I would highly recommend the Short Insurance Agency. It was pleasure working with her. I also really liked working with her in person as she asked all the right questions to find the best rates for me. I had some previous experiences with other insurance companies, working on the phone or online, that were not productive.
