5 /5 Dan Fitzgerald: I stopped in to inquire about auto and homeowners insurance. I found Jacqueline to be warm and friendly, and very professional. She spent about two hours with me and helped me understand the various coverages and options. She even reviewed my current insurance coverage and she pointed out my house was under-insured. I would highly recommend the Short Insurance Agency. It was pleasure working with her. I also really liked working with her in person as she asked all the right questions to find the best rates for me. I had some previous experiences with other insurance companies, working on the phone or online, that were not productive. In the end, I have better insurance and at a lower cost with AAA Insurance and Im really glad I stopped by. Thank you Jacqueline.

I had previously phoned AAA twice and had terrible service, but Jacqueline was so kind that she offered me to meet with her. She took the time to assist me in completing all of the documents and answering all of my questions. I am quite thankful for her support, and I am convinced that anyone who works with her would be as pleased as I was. I wholeheartedly endorse Jacqueline Short and her services.

She was right on the money and prompt. She knew that I was waiting and needed to be insured before I left the car lot. She had given me a quote that I couldnt resist. When I had accepted she "immediately" forwarded me all of my papers to sign, my policy and insurance cards. I am totally impressed. She also saved me A LOT of money. I had been looking around for car insurance for both of my sons. No other company could compare to the service and the information that we had received. She wasnt rushing us off of the phone like other agents had. She took the time to ask questions to find discounts that could be applied to the policies like no other agent had. I am mostly happy and impressed with the amount of money that she saved us. I will be contacting her again to see what other services they offer.
