Busey Bank - Decatur (IL)

3 /5 barb olivier: The girl that helped us both times was great. She was very friendly and helpful, she would get a 5 star rating. I am upset that my Busey bank was closed and I had to travel 50 miles to take care of our IRAs.

1 /5 Riely Ireland: Going through the drive up, I am never greeted I always have to call a few times. I have deposited checks and money before and never had problems; until now. I had to call to get greeted and serviced I asked to deposit my pay check, sent everything in, 2 people handled my transaction.. shouldnt it be one person? And the 2nd person sent me back my cards and a transaction slip. That was 3 days ago. I still do not have my pay check. I deposited it mid afternoon around 1ish. I have nothing showing its pending. I didnt even know about it until I went to use my debit card and it was declined that I found out my money had not been put into my account. When I tried to call customer service I could not reach anyone because they close when the bank closed. Very upset. Other than those issues I usually have no problem. Lobby tellers are nicer and more friendly.

1 /5 Wyatt Berg: Horrible place to take your money. I was trying to deposit a check into my account one morning and was greeted by their staff with Hate, Miscommunication and Untrustworthiness. Not a place to bank unless you need the 25 atms they have scattered across every city and town. I have switched to Prairie State Bank and have not dealt with the same issues since. Farewell Busey!

1 /5 Jimmy Bekteshi: The worst bank in Decatur IL, I opened my business account here and since day one I had nothing but PROBLEMS after PROBLEMS every time I tried to purchase anything or even trying to pay my business bills. I have been onsite to talk to a banker they keep calling the card center to find out what is happening which nobody could give an answer they stated it shouldnt happen again , it keeps happening over an over and over and its hurting my day to dag operations in a major way. Their customer service is horrible I dont know even who to talk to , I am tired of explaining what is happening . Nobody seems to know how to fix it , they do not care that its a business account they do not care il their client every time I enter this building they treat me like someone who they cant wait to get rid off instead of listening to my concerns. Im extermely upset and I dont have enough bad words about this bank. If there was a NEGATIVE 0 star I would select it every day for this bank, every day. Take my advice - Do NOT bank with this Busey Bank because they will be busy to help you.
