Susan Heaton Since I was not able to discuss my claims with my agent Tyler Hansen. I was referred to Dan Kniss which was not available has not call me back. Referred me to Country Financial Bloomington HQ. I am writing to express my ongoing frustration with the lack of communication regarding my two weather-related claims with agent Tyler Hansen. Over the past 4-5 months, I have made many calls without receiving any callbacks. When I requested a scheduled call via email, Tyler asked me to send my questions by email instead. He did not answer my questions. This lack of responsiveness and guidance has been disappointing and indicates a significant gap in customer service, claim services. A failure to respond, guide, communicate, respond. No effort to keep me in the loop.

Misti Rohde Best bank and customer service.. Bigger bank with a small town feel. They are always providing financial education and willing to help as much as possibly. I wouldnt bank anywhere else.

Marcia Dick Just had a house and car insurance review with Gavin Wilson which was extremely helpful. Due to increasing costs he was able to suggest several reductions while still maintaining decent coverage. Have had Country Financial for 30+ years.
