Edoardo Tortoledo Worse customer service experience I’ve had, at ANY bank, Chat agent (Jenna R), not sure if she was inexperienced or if that’s a protocol but absolutely no help, i clearly had mentioned that I couldn’t make a payment thru the phone and she tells me to “call” goes to give me the number and the a “pre made response” when that’s precisely why I opened the chat, to get someone to help, i explained to her again, just to received a very similar response, I previously had Bank of the West, which we know was taken over, and it was by far a much better bank. After having 15 different accounts at other banks, I never came across such terrible lack of customer service support.

Milburn Family Tristan was able to get us set up with a home/auto/motorcycle bundle cheaper than what we were paying before. Not just this but made sure the premiums made sense, was able to work around my fiancé’s work schedule and was all around a pleasure to work with!
