5 /5 Angela Hall: I found myself in a bit of a pinch and I contacted Sophie at WF, she was able to quickly address my request, get it approved, and made the whole process the easiest it could be, allowing me to send the documents ahead of time so I only had to stop in sign and go. My funds were available immediately. I don’t like doing business with grumpy people or people who have no personality so I was relieved when I met Sophie and she was happy, helpful, and knowledgeable. She was able to set me up on auto pay so I don’t have to worry about missing a payment. Excellent!
