1 /5 Ginger Archer: Worst office I have ever had the displeasure of trying to get in contact with over the telephone. They never answer or call back once you leave a message. They always open late too. 8 AM is more like 830AM 845AM. Nice people though once you finally get to one that is.

1 /5 Brandi Thompson: Sometimes I dont know what they do but today is the 4th and I went to try to buy me some food because I have no food and my card was telling me that I dont have any on it if theyve actually canceled my card they should have sent notifications in the mail so I dont know whats going on

1 /5 Carrie Obrecht: Public aid is a joke they do the bare minimum to help people and judge you for applying. Im disabled and on some spend down that they want me running all over getting print outs of things they can see on a computer. Ive called 6 times to bet told they cannot accept callers leaving messages is a joke because they never call back. They should hire people who actually care about others or possibly make them perform like clowns for a meal

1 /5 Morgan Barnett: The Benton office is garbage. You might as well go to the office and wait to get in because they dont answer the phone EVER and when they finally call back its like they have no idea who you are. Not to mention how rude most of them are. And they lose your paperwork act like you never brought it. I HATE THIS PLACE!

1 /5 Susan plock: When I got pregnant I went up there to see if I could get on link because my hours for work is basically part time... when I went up there the women that seen me was so rude and mean that I never want to step foot back into that place again I probably won’t either I’m going to write a letter and then I’m switching to marion
