They sat down with me and we discussed my needs and risk level and have adjusted accordingly along the way. The funds are closely monitored and Libby keeps in contact with me and has always been available to answer my questions. The fee basis makes absolute sense: the more my investment grows, so does their small percentage of income. I have never had funds withheld for investment as the other commenter mentioned.
