2 /5 Heath Murphy: Be very careful when paying a debit to this place. It wasnt explained to me that I would be paying $99/month for Credit Glory and $20/month for IDENTITY IQ until I cancel them. They basically trick you into erasing the debt instead of just paying it off in full. So far a $279 doctor bill has cost me almost $600. This is not what was explained to me. Very unhappy about the way they scammed me. I wouldnt advise giving them your debit card number. This review probably will get erased but its the truth.

5 /5 Lyndi Shugart: I am currently having issues with my sons pediatricians office submitting the claims through my insurance and it unfortunately ended up in debt collection. I spoke with Patience today and she was more than helpful. She is going to try and help by reaching out to the pediatricians office to get things straightened out. I really appreciated how helpful she was and she also made sure my phone number was correct so she could get back to me with any updates on her end.

5 /5 Josh DeGrave: A few years ago my family was hit with several very large medical expenses which we had no way of paying. When Pro Com reached out to us they were very understanding and actually seemed to care about our situation. This took a tremendous amount of stress off my shoulders. I’ve worked with Jessica for nearly 2 years now and we are nearly in the clear. She has been truly wonderful to work with and I am grateful to have been treated so kindly. Thank you Jessica!

5 /5 Merandia Jack: I spoke with Jessica today. Her call flow was excellent and she did not miss a beat. She was very professional and was not all over the place you could tell she knew what she was doing. I also love that you could hear her smile!!!
