I wasnt bringing thousands of dollars into the bank just simply opening an account and Theresa made the process very pleasant. She reviewed all the services they have available to our family and even went over my Credit Report with me. I have already sent family to join this CU.

5 /5 Camille Howard: I had some difficulties at the Bartonville branch. They honestly didnt want to help me or even offer me an account. I called the Pekin location and not only did they hear me out, they were able to open me another account!

1 /5 Laura Oakshott: Crappy customer service!!! Says they close at noon on a saturday, I got there at 11:55 because of traffic & I had been calling them for 10 minutes and no one answered the phone! I pull on the door, its locked. Young lady came to the door and was extremely rude. Said "we closed at noon" & it still wasnt noon at this point! I will never visit this branch again!
