5 /5 Halen Wells: I’ve been banking with Dieterich for coming up on two years soon and I haven’t had an issue with them once. I’ve always gotten the exact assistance in a timely manner anytime I’ve called or had to make a deposit. They even took time out of their day to help me set up the the banking app when I was having trouble. I find Dieterich bank to be a pretty decent bank to be set up with.

1 /5 shiloh thompson: The worst bank Ive ever dealt with never have I had so many problems with a bank account and some of the slowest staff ive ever seen because they are all talking about un work related topics take my word dont bank here. Edit* why would I want to call you fix your customer service and fix your systems and I dont know maybe make your employees be a little bit quicker
