5 /5 Debbie: I had the same lady for several yrs. She was great! She retired after tax season last yr. Had someone new this yr. She was great at preparing my taxes. And so sweet! I asked for her next yr. Everyone that works at the Pittsfield office are very friendly!

1 /5 Ashley Squires: When you go have a "professional" do your taxes its because we dont know how to accurately do them ourselves. The lady should of known who could be claimed as dependents and who couldnt. We didnt know!! Thats why we go here right. Thanks H&R block. For help with the audit and all the money I had to pay to the IRS for your screw up. Still till this day having problems with my returns being accepted due to the screw up you caused and wouldnt attempt to help me fix. Isnt there a due negligence checklist you have to go by ? Wish I would of known then what I know now. Wouldnt advice anyone to go here. They cost me a lot of money and time . Very disappointed
