Christine Casterton My husband and I started using MPPL/AXA shortly after we got married, approximately 25 years ago. In the beginning, they successfully set up our financial portfolio, insurance, 529s, and other financial tools/advice needed to successfully meet our long-term goals. They took the time to understand our situation, including must haves and stretch goals. Educating us on the tools and products they offer was first and foremost prior to any investing began. Over time, we have worked very closely with our financial advisor through the ups and downs of the economic markets and the expected and unexpected changes in our lives. We now have two kids in college and one in high school and my husband has been retired for almost five years now and I will be retiring in four years. Without the expert advice and management of our financial portfolio by MPPL/AXA, Im sure that our financial timeline was accelerated to make all this happen. We could not be any happier with where we are in our life from a financial perspective which makes everything else we do that much easier.

Dave Scott I would give them 10 stars, if possible! I had been banking with another local credit union for 32 years. Yesterday, I went to that credit union to get a motorcycle loan. After meeting with them, i decided to shop around, and Im very glad I did. I met with Chris Cox at the Pontiac SOCU branch and not only did she beat my credit unions rate on the loan by a mile, she also signed me up for the SOCU Visa and did a very low interest balance transfer on two of my current cards, increased my credit limit and lowered my interest rate. Then, she showed me how they could lower my interest rate on my mortgage and save me thousands of dollars. She also told me they do not sell their mortgages to third party mortgage brokers so your money stays local. That was great to hear! She did all of this in about one hour. Everyone there was very friendly, smiling and laughing. The whole time I was there, it felt more like a family reunion then a bank appointment! My former credit union has felt very sterile and robotic. My time spent at SOCU was a great experience.They just won over a new customer! I would highly recommend you at least consider SOCU for any of your personal banking needs. Great Job Chris! Nice to meet you!
