1 /5 Grey Davis: I order a few boxes of coins last week, and was told it was not problem, and that they would arrive this week. I called Monday and I was told that my coins were not in, but they were ordered and would be there soon. Today when I go in to pickup my coins, not only Doha’s they not ordered any, but the worker who orders money said she had not ever received the request, but they can’t order me money regularly. What kind of do coal institution can’t order money? If your reading this and value customer service, and actual banking services, I would suggest using another bank.

Completely unprofessional bankers, cant get a call or an email from anyone in there, which is unfortunate because the teller staff is very helpful and friendly. Laura, their banker, has cussed at me multiple times over the phone for mistakes THEY made with my accounts. And Ill fully admit I cussed at her right back. Completely predatory lending practices, especially with young folks they assume have no understanding of finances. Will never have anything with them again even if they paid me to. Hopefully this can actually reach someone and I can get a call back or an email from a supervisor, but Im doubtful. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

The hours are convenient and their are several locations available which makes it very easy to access. My service is always very prompt and very efficient.

The best part about this is we lost connection somehow and she immediately called me back. Keep up the good work Paige!
